Key Largo Cottages - Old Florida Keys resort near Miami International

Key Lime Sailing Club and Cottages offers cottages in Key Largo, 100 km from Miami International. The resort provides access to free sailboats for qualified sailors, kayaks, snorkeling equipment, canoes, stand-up paddle boards, bicycles, and fishing gear. Guests can use the BBQ grills and access on-site parking. The American Sailing Academy on premises offers sailing courses. Morning Star provides off-site snorkel charters.

Cottage details

The Main House is a 2-bedroom split-level house with a private patio, barbeque, 2 dining areas, and a living room. The master bedroom features 2 queen size beds, a closet, and an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with a closet. The Captain's Cottage is a one-bedroom suite that sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids, and features a king size bed, a futon bed, compact refrigerator, range, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, cable TV, A/C unit, and all towels and linens including beach towels. The Sailfish Cottage is located in front of the bay and its own attached tiki hut which looks over the water and includes a tiki shower for 2. The Keys Cottage has a spanish pirate influence, an elevated and mural surrounded queen size bed, one single bed, pull-out couch that sleeps 2, a kitchenette with small fridge, plus complete kitchen and dining utensils. The Dolphin Cottage is a freestanding cottage with a screened patio that sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids. The Hideout Cottage is dog-friendly and features a full-size and single bed, a kitchenette, and a shared outdoor dining space.

“This place has a very friendly, secluded atmosphere. It forgoes the standard resort experience in favor of a private sailing camp feel, and I think that is fantastic. If you enjoy sailing, kayaking, and hanging out with fun people, I'd say it's a great value, especially with the sailboat use included.”
